Il semble que le gouvernement ne prolongera pas cette r\u00e8gle. Apr\u00e8s le Nouvel An, il sera probablement de nouveau de 21 % de TVA, sauf &#8211; et c&rsquo;est une exception importante &#8211; si vous r\u00e9sidez dans l&rsquo;une des 13 villes principales de Flandre. La prime flamande au logement avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9e depuis un certain temps, mais \u00e0 partir de 2024, cet avantage fiscal f\u00e9d\u00e9ral sera \u00e9galement r\u00e9vis\u00e9. Ceux qui signent l&rsquo;acte en 2023 pourront encore d\u00e9duire une partie des co\u00fbts pour toute la dur\u00e9e du pr\u00eat. Vous ne pourrez plus r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer une partie des droits d&rsquo;enregistrement que vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 pay\u00e9s par le pass\u00e9. Le gouvernement flamand avait temporairement interdit cela aux propri\u00e9taires pendant la crise \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Les prix du gaz et de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 avaient alors connu une hausse consid\u00e9rable, surtout pour les maisons mal isol\u00e9es, et la mesure avait contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 soutenir plus de 250 000 locataires pendant la crise \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenant que les prix sur le march\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie sont presque revenus \u00e0 la normale, le loyer des maisons avec un label \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique D, E et F peut de nouveau \u00eatre index\u00e9. (C&rsquo;est dommage, car les propri\u00e9taires perdent ainsi une incitation suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 mieux isoler leur maison.) Cependant, il y a un facteur correctif.
