Ces valeurs sont appel\u00e9es floor (baisse maximale par p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9vision) et cap (hausse maximale par p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9vision).<\/p>\n<p>En Belgique, la loi stipule que le taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat d&rsquo;un pr\u00eat hypoth\u00e9caire ne peut pas doubler ou \u00eatre r\u00e9duit de moiti\u00e9 durant toute la dur\u00e9e du pr\u00eat. En d&rsquo;autres termes, si votre taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat est de 3%, il peut baisser au maximum de 3% (mais pas en dessous de z\u00e9ro) ou augmenter au maximum de 3% (c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire doubler). Par exemple, si votre floor et cap ne sont que de 1%, vous pouvez avoir trois augmentations pendant vos p\u00e9riodes de r\u00e9vision pour atteindre l&rsquo;augmentation maximale de 3%. Si votre floor et cap sont de 3%, vous pouvez n&rsquo;avoir qu&rsquo;une seule r\u00e9vision dans le pire des cas, car vous \u00eates d\u00e9j\u00e0 au taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat double maximal \u00e9tabli l\u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les champs floor\/cap, vous entrez l&rsquo;augmentation\/diminution maximale, donc entre 0 et 3% dans l&rsquo;exemple. Ils n&rsquo;ont pas besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre les m\u00eames, par exemple, votre floor peut \u00eatre de 1% et votre cap de 3%.<\/p>\n<p>Les banques affichent parfois des valeurs plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es qui peuvent se produire dans certaines circonstances. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement entrer celles-ci, par exemple, 4%. Si vous indiquez que vous souhaitez rester inform\u00e9, nous en tiendrons compte.
